We make this step simple and fun! You meet one-on-one with our architect for a conceptual design meeting. Bring photos, your must-haves dream list, and your imagination–and the architect will conceptualize your dream home. The complete design process takes a couple of meetings and 4-6 weeks.

While designing your custom home, you decide where you want everything down to the smallest detail. We will assist in spacial layout options, eliminating wasted space, and creating exclusive custom features tailored to your needs. This process ensures a home designed specifically for you.

The construction loan approval process takes approximately 45-60 days. We partner with lenders that offer combining the purchase of the lot with the construction loan to avoid multiple loans. We work directly with the these lenders to assist in streamlining everything for you.

Once plan designs are finished and financing is secured, your plans are submitted to the local jurisdictions building department for review and inspection. Permitting usually takes 4-6 weeks, however, varies case by case.

Construction time varies case by case. Most custom homes take anywhere from 5-12 months to complete. We meet you at the site multiple times during construction to ensure all details you outlined during design for the project are included.
